How long does delivery take?
Standard items: Processing 1–2 business days, shipping 3–7 business days depending on the destination region. Custom sizes: 2–4 weeks for production plus shipping.
Do you ship to Austria/Switzerland?
Yes, to all 27 EU member states. Switzerland is not in the EU — please inquire by email, and we will provide a custom shipping quote.
What does shipping cost?
Within Germany from €9.90. EU-wide, costs vary by weight and destination country. You'll see the exact costs at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Eight methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Przelewy24, BLIK. More details on the Payment page.
Is a B2B invoice with VAT ID possible?
Yes. Provide your VAT ID at checkout, and the invoice will automatically be issued without German VAT (Reverse-Charge §13b UStG).
How do returns work?
Standard items: 14-day no-questions-asked return policy. We send you the shipping label, you pack it — we'll take care of the rest. Custom sizes are exempt from cancellation.
What about shipping damage?
Please report within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We'll handle the replacement or refund — you won't need to contact DHL.
Can I change my order?
Before shipment, you can always email us at info@kessler-pro.com. For custom sizes, until written approval of the dimensions/materials.
